EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with your order and experience.  5754 SPICES gladly accepts exchanges and returns.

How do I exchange my item or request a refund?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily replace the item as quickly as possible.  Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by completing the form with your NAME, PHONE NUMBER, and ORDER NUMBER. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

All returns must be made within 30 days from purchase with your request.  We reserve the right not to accept the return if the item has been returned without prior communication from the buyer and/or 30 days or more have passed from the date of purchase.  Items must be undamaged. 
There are no returns on sale items – unless the item is physically damaged.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  

5754 SPICES is not responsible for any loss or damage due to poor handling during transit or at the time of delivery on all returns.

using a trackable method, at customer’s expense. Upon shipment of returned order, Contact Us to provide the tracking number for the return shipment to ensure timely receipt for processing. 5754 SPICES will not be liable for returns shipped without a tracking and delivery confirmation that are lost, damaged in transit, or not received to the address above within 7 business days.

​Refunds (not including shipping) will be issued to the original form of payment for returns and as store credit for exchanges as soon as items are received and verified to be in satisfactory condition This excludes damages previously reported as part of the return request.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.  Please allow 10-14 working days for your refund to process.

What is the process for  requesting a refund or replacement on a Final Sale item?
For an item that is damaged, reach out to us.  It is up to our discretion to either reship the item or refund you the amount. 

How do I verify an item is a Final Sale?
Final Sale items are included in the product listing on the site.  Check the product listing or and the promotional offer.

What are your business days
Monday through Friday from 10-4pm EST.  We are closed for the following holidays. These days will not be considered operational business days and will not count towards turn around time:
