  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped carrots, onion, and minced garlic with the 5754 All Purpose Spice Blend.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet, and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and lightly browned.
  4. Take the roasted vegetables out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  5. In a blender, puree the roasted vegetables with the vegetable broth until smooth.
  6. Pour the pureed mixture into a large pot and bring it to a boil.
  7. Reduce the heat, and let the soup simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Stir in the heavy cream, and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
